FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS

Practical systems and human support for photographers under pressure

Everything here exists to make photography feel lighter, calmer, and more sustainable – especially when the season gets busy.

This isn’t about productivity hacks or “working harder”. It’s about fixing the parts of your workflow and client experience that quietly drain your time, energy, and confidence.

If something feels messy, fragile, or harder than it should be, you’re in the right place.

One-to-one sessions to stabilise, review, or rebuild your workflow

If your files feel chaotic, your editing queue is overwhelming, or something has started to feel risky to touch, this is where to start.

I help photographers untangle file structures, Lightroom setups, backups, culling and editing workflows, and AI integrations — calmly, clearly, and without judgement.

Whether you need quick triage, a proper review, or hands-on rebuilding, the Workflow Clinic helps you get back to a system you can trust.

AI EDITING

Profile Setup

Get your AI editing profile set up properly before the season gets busy

If you haven’t set up an AI editing profile yet — or you’ve been putting it off because you’re not sure how to do it properly — this session helps you get it right from the start.

We build a clean, predictable base edit you understand and trust, so AI actually saves you time instead of creating more work.

AI EDITING

Fixing & Optimising

For when you already have a profile, but the results don’t feel right

If your AI edits feel inconsistent, unpredictable, or just not like you, this session focuses on diagnosing what’s actually going wrong and fixing the cause.

No blind retraining. No guessing. Just clear answers and practical corrections.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE SYSTEMS

Tools that support connection without performance

Workflow isn’t just files and software.
It also includes how your clients experience you – how informed they feel, how calm they feel, and how much trust exists long before the wedding day.

These digital systems are designed to reduce friction, prevent misunderstandings, and create the conditions for genuine connection — without emotional labour, constant explaining, or performative prompts.

WHY THIS EXISTS…

I built these sessions and systems because I’ve lived the version of photography where everything relies on late nights, fragile setups, and constant fixing.

That’s not sustainable. And it’s not necessary.

Everything here is designed to:

• Reduce fragile points
• Remove unnecessary decisions
• Support real workloads and real lives

Fewer fires. Less friction. More space for the work that matters.

Not sure WHERE TO START?

If you’re not sure which session or system fits your situation, answer a few quick questions and I’ll point you in the right direction.

PHOTOGRAPHER | WORKFLOW SPECIALIST

Hey, I’m Lou. I help photographers make sense of their workflows.

I’ve been a working photographer for over a decade. Like most people, I built my systems on the fly, added tools as I went, and kept telling myself I’d sort things properly later.

Later never really came…

I was juggling backlogs, fragile setups, and the constant feeling that something wasn’t quite right, without the time or headspace to fix it. As my business grew, the cracks in my workflow grew with it, and most days were spent firefighting into the early hours.

A serious accident forced me to step away from shooting for a period of time. I couldn’t work the way I had been working before.

That experience made one thing very clear:

If your systems don’t support you, they quietly take your life from you, hour by hour, stuck behind a screen. And life is way too short for that.

That pause didn’t take me away from photography. It pushed me deeper into the part most photographers struggle with privately – file structures, Lightroom catalogs, backups, editing bottlenecks, and AI setups that promise speed but fall apart under real pressure.

Now, I work inside real photographers’ workflows – fixing what’s fragile and building systems that actually hold up when things get busy.

I’m not here to sell shortcuts or theory. I’m here because I know what breaks, why it breaks, and how to fix it properly.

The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s less stress, clearer processes and more space for the work that matters
